so, as it turns out, i make a really good mushroom sauce.
Well i can follow a good recipe for mushroom sauce.
My boy cooked the steaks (he’s really good at cooking steak) and some more mushrooms on the barbeque, and i made the sauce and a quick salad.
One of the best meals i’ve eaten all week.
